Hey guys im looking for a new place since i know have a bigger family and im looking to sell our house it’s 2100sq ft. 2 full baths/shower bathrooms dineing room living room family room master bedroom and 2 other bed rooms. A big front and back yard horse property *we currently have horses* comes with horse coral 1 Fireplace in living room and 1 Fireplace in family room a good size kitchen tiled floor everywere in the houseexcept the bedrooms. The bedrooms have woodfloor. 2 car garage AC and Heater 2 qaurt yards. House will be furnsihed. So can osmeone help me out give me an estimate? And also i live in Apple Valley Callifornia United States. The house is located near the shoping center A super target, Walmart, Albertsons, winco and schools friendly neighborhood. Please help me i would like an estimate from the true people befor i go to the realestate

It’s kind of difficult to give you an estimate by the basic description you are giving, but you can go to realtor.com and type in your zip code, then do the search criteria by the price range you believe your house is worth, number of bedrooms and baths. Just to give you an idea, there is one on 16323 Shirwaun Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92308 listed for $463,900 that it’s 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath, 3,152 Sq Ft on 2.1 Acres | MLS #379164. There are a total of 42 listings in the price range of $400k – $900k, so you can go through those and compare which one is closer to what you have. Most of them have photos too!
