there’s a website that i use all the time is 99.9 accurate its http://www.realquest.com u can also use zillow.com but i rather go with the first one zillow gives u more of a higher value n thats not accurate more then 75% of the time im a loan officer n that’s what my company uses chek it out
Nobody on here can tell you how much it is worth sight unseen. You have to hire an appraiser. There is really no way around that and expect a realistic number.
Have a real estate agent come out and give you a number or have it professionally appraised. Just reading your *specs* here isn’t enough to really give a true value. You have to see what other homes in your area are actually selling for that have the same sq footage and amenities you do. Also, we can’t SEE your house…(no pic) so, how do we know you don’t live in a horrible neighborhood or have other issues that would bring the value of your house down?
