I have been trying to find a good recipe for a breakfast pizza you could cook while camping, either over the fire on a cooking grate or on a coleman stove. Anyone have any recipes that tell you how to cook it this way.

I have a wood stove in the garage getting hooked up this week. It has the fire bricks on the sides and on the bottom. Should I get a grate or something to keep the fire off the flat bottom to get more air?

I was adding firewood to the fire and touched a finger to the grate. I checked the first aid kit but I don’t have anything. Is there anything around the house I can use? Also it is kind of looks "juicy" looking now. It almosis that normal?

I recently had a paver brick patio built with a fire pit built into the ground. I’m having a hard time finding a round grate to place inside the pit for firewood.

I have just purchased an 8 year old home and it has a fireplace that I know nothing about. The owners said that it was used as a wood burning stove and is all set to be turned into a gas fireplace (which we prefer) it just needs to be connected. We had [...]

I have a studip apartment, and the heat comes up in my place near the fridge, but I’d like to put a small nightstand there for my utensils/tools. It has a slope on the bottom where it curves so it’s not touching the grate.

My buddy says that it’s not really necessary to clean the grate with soap & water before each cookout because if you let it sit in the fire, the fire will burn off all the junk from the previous cookout. Is he right? I clean the grate with each new cookout.

I built a fire pit out of cinder blocks and i want to try to grill over it. Where can I find a grate big enough? (The inside of the fire pit is 32"x32", the outside is 48"x48").
