Is there a way to find out who appraised a sold property on the MLS? Because Value is steady increasing?

Basically i have a rare house with marble kitchen/baths/fireplace, hardwood flrs, 5 bedrooms (2more in bsmt) and 3 baths. There was a house that sold for 0 and when it was appraised it was the highest sale, which means that appraiser who appraised it when above the highest sale in that area somehow by about -20k by adjustments. I want to know how do i find out that appraisers name so they can do an appraisal on my house and maybe i can get 5 since my house is bigger and better, which in tern becomes the highest sale???? I mean there are these "pioneering appraisers" that appraise beyond the markets area sometimes because value is steady increasing, i just want the appraiser who increased it…

Whats the best product – procedure to use to remove a "Duraflame" smoke stain from my outdoor marble fireplace

I just installed an outdoor wood burning fireplace and last night I had my first fire. Instead of using wood, I used a duraflame log which burned nicely for a while but after a couple hours (and a little poking to get the fire going) it started to smoke rather badly. As a result, the marble on front of the fireplace has been stained by the smoke of the duraflame and I’m having a real hard time removing it.

Is there a product or procedure that someone can recommend to remove the smoke damage? I’ve been told that the duraflame logs are basically made from a waxy substance and that the smoke damage caused by one of these "logs" is a little different than smoke damage caused by burning wood. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have dark chocolate brown leather couches a 3 seater and a love seat along with dark brown tables and white contemporary lamps. Everything is very clean lines and modern. In the room there is a a white fireplace with creamy marble surround and beige carpet. On either side of the fireplace wall is a window with white blinds- california shutter style. I’d like to make that my accent wall with a dark rich chocolate brown, or maybe red with perhaps a lighter colour on the other walls… I don’t know. Our living room is next to the kitchen but separated by a half wall with a white column. The cupboards in there are dark chocolate brown and we have stainless steel appliances and cream floors and counter tops. Please any specific colours or combinations and suggestions would be so very appreciate. Thanks in advance.
