What is the best way to hang a heavy picture on a wall?

Looking to sell marble and wood fireplace mantles, wondering what they're worth. Probably 100+ years old?

The house that we’re renovating is circa 1850’s. The marble fireplace surrounds a decorative metal forced hot air duct that is no longer connected. The downstairs has a carved oak wooden mantel with mirror.

Antique Newspaper Clippings?
