Buck is a good brand for wood/coal stoves.Warm Morning is another. What about NY getting several inchs of snow this mourning?Guess that ruins the showing of fall colors there!anyway stay warm,happy,healthy..
Buck is a good wood burning stove, we have had a Buck and also a Fisher which isn’t made anymore, both were excellent, you might want to check out e-bay, I did see several wood burning stoves on there and the savings is great, about the only thing you may have to do is replace the fire brick which is inexpensive to do. Hope you find what you are looking for, should help alot with the heat bills as we heated three different houses with these two kinds of stoves, two houses with Fisher and one with a Buck. What is nice is if the power went out we could still cook on either stove. Remember the larger the flue size the more heat you will lose.
